A copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment and a signed Conforme should be emailed. In contrast, the original deposit slip should be presented upon arrival in exchange for an Official Receipt.

All payments made to the hotel are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies. In these instances, the hotel will provide the necessary documentation and endorse the request to the bank. Once the request is endorsed, any subsequent steps in the refund process will be handled directly between the bank and the client (Guest).
