Grand Ballroom

Accommodating between 300-400 guests, the Subic Grand Ballroom is our largest and most versatile function space. It’s the perfect venue for grand celebrations, corporate events, and weddings. With elegant decor and state-of-the-art facilities, this ballroom offers a sophisticated setting to make any event unforgettable.

Designed for smaller, more exclusive events, the Binictican Function Hall accommodates 16-18 guests. It’s an excellent choice for board meetings, private dining, or small-scale workshops, providing a cozy and professional environment.

Ideal for medium-sized gatherings, the Kalayaan Function Hall comfortably hosts 60-70 guests. This space is perfect for business meetings, intimate receptions, or social gatherings, offering a warm and inviting ambiance that ensures a memorable experience.

CubiPoint Extension

The Cubi Point Extension can host 60-70 guests and is a versatile space suitable for various events. Whether you’re planning a seminar, a private party, or a team-building activity, this function hall offers a comfortable and flexible setting.

Reservation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of at least 50% of the total booking amount is required.

 

Extra-person is at ₱1,050.00 each while an extra person with the bed is at 1,575.00 each

 

A copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment and a signed Conforme should be emailed. In contrast, the original deposit slip should be presented upon arrival in exchange for an Official Receipt.

 

Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive at least 50% of the payment to confirm your booking.

Cancellation may be honored if:

  1. The original reserved date is not HOLIDAY or CONVENTION Day.
  2. Cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before the reservation date. (Provided that it is not a holiday).
  3. Medical concern (with medical certificate).
  4. Due to typhoon/calamity.
  • In case of NO SHOW, the company shall be charged the total reservation amount.

REBOOKING POLICIES:

  • Rebooking should only be made once.
  • Clients shall pay price disparity should there be any.
  • The rebooked date should be within thirty (30) days from the original date. After thirty (30) days, unused booking payment shall be forfeited.

REFUND POLICY:

       All payments made to the hotel are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies. Should such circumstances arise, we kindly ask that you reach out to our Reservation Department at +639178315529 or email us at [email protected]. In these instances, the hotel will provide the necessary documentation and endorse the request to the bank. Once the request is endorsed, any subsequent steps in the refund process will be handled directly between the bank and the client (Guest).

EARLY DEPARTURE:

  • Departure Date shall be reconfirmed upon arrival. Please advise our Front Office Associate during check-in should you wish to make any changes to the departure date. An early departure charge equivalent to the remaining Unused night stay shall be applied should a guest check out before the confirmed departure date.
